  • বেজ মেকআপ হিসেবে

ত্বকে মেকআপের আগে আমি এটি বেজ হিসেবে লাগাই। আর এর ফলে বিবি ক্রিম ও কন্সিলার খুব সহজে ত্বকে মিশে যায়। আর ত্বক ও অনেক বেশী ন্যাচারাল ও সজীব লাগে।

  • এলোভেরা জেল, আফটার সেভ ক্রিম হিসেবে ,সেভ করার পর এই ক্রিমটি ত্বকে আরাম দেয় ও সজীব রাখে।
  • চুলের যত্নে, চুলে এলোভেরা- আমি আমার চুল স্ট্রেইট করার পর এই জেল  লাগাই। চুলের যত্নে এলোভেরার ব্যবহার কে না জানে, তাই এটি আমি  চুলে ৫ থেকে ১০ মিনিট রাখি ।
  • চোখের আরামে- চোখ জালা করলে আমি একটু কটনে এই জেল লাগিয়ে ফ্রিজে রেখে ঠাণ্ডা করে কিছুক্ষন চোখের উপরে দিয়ে রাখি। অনেক আরাম হয়।
  • নখের যত্নে

নখের চারপাশে আমি জেলটি লাগাই  নখ উজ্জ্বল ও স্বাস্থ্যময় রাখার জন্য।

  • দেহের যত্নে —  অবশ্যই , আসলে অ্যালোভেরার উপকারিতা বলে শেষ করা যাবেনা।
  • সানবার্ন থেকে সুরক্ষায় মাস্ক সিটে সুথিং জেল দিয়ে ত্বকে ১৫ মিনিট রাখুন।

আমি আগেই বলেছি ৮ টি ভাল এমনকি সবচেয়ে ভাল উপায়ে আপনি কিভাবে এলো ৯৯% সুথিং জেল  টি ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। তবে আমি মূলত এটি আমার ময়েসচারাইজার ক্রিম ও সুথিং ক্রিম হিসেবেই ব্যবহার করি ।

১) ময়েসচারাইজার ক্রিম হিসেবে

আমি সাধারণত দিনের বেলায় ময়েসচারাজার হিসেবে এই জেল ব্যবহার করি। এই জেলে খুব হালকা ওজনের তাই সহজেই ত্বকে মিশে যায়। তৈলাক্ত ত্বকেও সহজে কাজ করে। ত্বক ময়েচারাইজ করে আর তেলতেলে করে তোলে না।

এর ভেষজ সব নির্যাস আপনার ত্বকে একনে দূর করে -আপনি যদি এমন কোন ময়েসচারাইজার খুজতে থাকেন যা হালকা, তৈলাক্ত ত্বকের জন্য কার্যকরী আর ব্রন সারাবে –তাহলে এটি  সেই পণ্য।

আমার ত্বক শুধু তৈলাক্ত  নয় সাথে ব্রনও আছে  আবার আমার ত্বক সংবেদনশীলও খুব। খুব গরম পড়লে, ত্বক মাঝে মাঝে লাল হয়ে যায়। তাই, খুব গরমে ত্বক যখন লাল হয়ে যায় আমি ত্বক ঠাণ্ডা করতে জেল ব্যবহার করি।

আমার সেই লাল হয়ে যাওয়া গুলিতে লাগাই  আর কিছুক্ষন পরে ধুয়ে ফেলি। এতে ত্বকে লাল ভাব দূর হয় আর ত্বক ঠাণ্ডা হয়।
