চুল পড়ে যাওয়া আপনাকে আপনার বয়সের আগেই বুড়ো করে ফেলবে। কিন্তু আমাদের এই ব্যস্ত আর জীবন জাবনের চাপ এর কারনে চুল পড়া উল্লেখযোগ্য ভাবে বেড়ে গেছে। কিন্তু এই সমস্যা রোধে আমাদের ঘরোয়া উপায়ে সমাধান খুজতে হবে -রাসায়নিক উপাদান যুক্ত ট্রিটমেন্ট না নিয়ে।

আর কেনইবা আমরা সেসব করব না কারণ এসব কিছুই আমারা আমাদের রান্নাঘরেই পাব। কিন্তু আপনাকে  অপেক্ষা করতে হবে। এগুলি করতে সময় লাগবে আর কেনইবা আপনি আপনার রূপচর্চার সময়টুকু  এই ব্যস্ত জীবন থেকে বের করবেন না-যা আপনার সুন্দর থাকা নিয়ে কথা।

তো আসুন আমরা চুল বৃদ্ধির বা নুতন চুল গজানোর ঘরোয়া উপায় নিয়ে কথা বলি

আগের পর্বে  চুল পড়ে যাচ্ছে তাহলে পার্লারে নয় রান্নাঘরে চলুন

৪) মেথি 

আপনার কি লাগবে –

     ১) ১ চা চামচ মেথি পেস্ট

     ২) ২ চা চামচ নারকেলের দুধ

আপনাকে কি করতে হবে

১) মেথি পেস্ট আর নারকেল দুধ ভালোভাবে মেশান।

২)এই মাস্ক চুলে আর মাথার ত্বকে ভাল ভাবে লাগান আর ৩০ মিনিট রাখুন।

৪)ডাণ্ডা পানি দিয়ে প্রথমে ধুয়ে ফেলুন এরপর চুলে শ্যাম্পু করুন।

 

কতদিন অন্তর অন্তর আপনাকে এটা করতে হবে –

      ১৫ দিনে একবার এই পেস্ট মাথায় লাগান।

এটি কেন ভাল কাজ দেয়

মেথি দুই রকম ভাবে কাজ করে- এটি চুলের বৃদ্ধিতে সহায়তা করে- আর চুলের প্রাকৃতিক রঙ ধরে রাখে।

৫) গোল আলুর রস

আপনার কি লাগবে –

     ১) ১ টি গোল আলু

আপনাকে কি করতে হবে

১) আলুর খোসা ফেলে এটিকে ব্লেন্ড করে রস বের করুন।

২)এই রস চুলে আর মাথার ত্বকে ভাল ভাবে লাগান আর ১৫ মিনিট রাখুন।

৪)এরপর চুলে শ্যাম্পু করুন।

 

কতদিন অন্তর অন্তর আপনাকে এটা করতে হবে –

      আপনি যখন মাথায় শ্যাম্পু করবেন তখন এই রস লাগাতে পারেন।

অনেক মানুষই গোলআলুর রসের মধ্যে যে চুল বৃদ্ধির উপাদান আছে তা জানে না। গোল আলু ভিটামিন এ, বি আর সি সমৃদ্ধ। এগুলি শরীর আর চুলের জন্য খুব দরকারী। আপনার চুল যদি পড়ে যেতে থাকে তাহলেও আপনি এই গোল আলুর রস ব্যবহার করতে পারেন যা অনেক উপকার দেবে আপনার চুলে।

৬) মেহেদী

     ১) এক কাপ শুকনো মেহেদী

     ২) এক কাপ টক দই।

আপনাকে কি করতে হবে

১)শুকনো মেহেদির গুড়া আর টক দই মিশিয়ে পেস্ট তৈরি করুন।

২)এই মাস্ক চুলের গোঁড়া থেকে আগা পর্যন্ত লাগান।

৩) এটি না শুঁকানো পর্যন্ত চুলে রাখুন।

৪)এরপর চুলে শ্যাম্পু করুন।

কতদিন অন্তর অন্তর আপনাকে এটা করতে হবে –

      মাসে একবার এই পেস্ট মাথায় লাগান।

মেহেদী একটি প্রাকৃতিক কন্ডিশানার যা আপনার রুক্ষ প্রাণহীন চুলে মসৃণতা আর উজ্জলতা ফিরিয়ে আনে। এটি চুলের রঙ হিসেবেও ব্যবহার করা হয়। আপনার চুলের গোঁড়াকে শক্ত করে আপনার চুলের বৃদ্ধিকে তরান্বিত করে।

৭) গোল মরিচ

আপনার কি লাগবে –

     ১) ১ চা চামচ গোল মরিচের গুড়া

     ২) ২ চা চামচ অলিভ ওয়েল

 

আপনাকে কি করতে হবে

১) গোল মরিচের গুড়া আর অলিভে ওয়েল মিশিয়ে পেস্ট তৈরি করুন।

২)এই পেস্ট চুলে আর মাথার ত্বকে ভালভাবে লাগান । যেখানে চুল বেশী পড়ে যাচ্ছে সেখানে বেশী লাগান। আর ৩০ মিনিট রাখুন।

৪)ডাণ্ডা পানি দিয়ে এরপর চুল ধুয়ে ফেলুন।

 

কতদিন অন্তর অন্তর আপনাকে এটা করতে হবে –

     মাসে  একবার এই উপায় অবলম্বন করতে পারেন।

২)ডাণ্ডা পানি দিয়ে প্রথমে ধুয়ে ফেলুন এরপর চুলে শ্যাম্পু করুন।

     আপনি যখন মাথায় শ্যাম্পু করবেন তার আগের দিন রাতেই এটি করতে পারেন।

২)ডাণ্ডা পানি দিয়ে প্রথমে ধুয়ে ফেলুন।

কতদিন অন্তর অন্তর আপনাকে এটা করতে হবে –

     আপনি যখন মাথায় শ্যাম্পু করবেন তার আগে এটি করতে পারেন।

     গ্রিন টিতে এন্টিঅক্সিডেন্ট রয়েছে যা চুল পড়া রোধ করে  চুলের বৃদ্ধি দ্রুততর করে।

আপনাকে কি করতে হবে

১)নারকেল তেল চুলে আর মাথার ত্বকে ভালভাবে লাগান আর সারারাত এটি মাথায় রাখুন।

২)পরদিন সকালে চুলে শ্যাম্পু করুন।

১)অলিভ ওয়েল বা ক্যাস্টর ওয়েল  এ সারারাত জিরা ভিজিয়ে রাখুন।

২) পরদিন সকালে এটি পেস্ট মাথায় লাগান আর ১৫ মিনিট এটি মাথায় রাখুন।

২)এরপর চুলে শ্যাম্পু করুন।

     আপনি যখন মাথায় শ্যাম্পু করবেন তার আগে এটি করতে পারেন।

     জিরাতে অনেক পুষ্টি উপাদান আছে যা চুলকে ঝলমলে করতে আর সাস্থ্যময় করতে ভীষণ কার্যকরী ।

১২) গোল মরিচের বীজ

আপনার কি লাগবে

     ১) ২ চা চামচ গোল মরিচের গুড়া

     ২) ১/২ ক্যাপ লেবুর রস

আপনাকে কি করতে হবে

১) গল্মরিচের বীজ আর লেবুর রস মিশিয়ে ব্লন্ড করে খুব মসৃণ পেস্ট তৈরি করুন।

২) চুলের গোঁড়ায় এই পেস্ট লাগান।

৩) মাথাকে একটি হালকা গরম তোয়ালে দিয়ে ডেকে রাখুন।

৪) আধ ঘণ্টা পড়ে চুল ধুয়ে ফেলুন।

কতদিন অন্তর অন্তর আপনাকে এটা করতে হবে –

     ১৫ দিন পর পর আপনি এটি মাথায় লাগাতে পারেন ভাল ফলাফলের জন্য।

     ৩) কিছুক্ষন পর শ্যাম্পু দিয়ে ধুয়ে ফেলুন।

যখনই আপনি চুল শ্যাম্পু করবেন তার আগেই এটি ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।

     জবাকে চুলের যত্নের ফুল বলা হয়। এটি খুসকি দূর করতে আর চুল বাড়াতে কার্যকর।

আপনার কি লাগবে

     ১) ২ চা চামচ আমলকী পাউডার বা রস

     ২) ২ চা চামচ লেবুর রস

আপনাকে কি করতে হবে

     ১) লেবুর রসের সাথে আমলকির পাউডার বা রস মিশিয়ে নিন।

     ২) এই মিক্সার মাথার ত্বকে, চুলের গোঁড়ায় ভালভাবে লাগিয়ে শুকানো পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা করুন।

     ৩) হালকা গরম পানি দিয়ে চুল ধুয়ে ফেলুন।

 

কতদিন অন্তর অন্তর এটি করবেন

     মাসে একবার আপনি এই মিক্সার চুলে লাগালে পারেন। চুল উজ্জ্বল আর শাইনি হয়ে উঠবে।
