২০১৭ সালের নতুন মডেল এর মাঝে থাকছে আগের চাইতে আরো প্রশস্থ Front Fairing , Taller Windscreen  এবং আরো বেশি আকর্ষণীয় এরোডাইনামিক ডিজাইন ও লুক । রয়েছে থ্রি লেভেল এডজাস্টিভিটি ।

এর মাঝে দেয়া হছে সম্পূর্ণ নতুন এলইডি হেডল্যাম্প যা আগের চাইতে ১.৩ / ১.৫ বেশি ব্রাইট কাজ করবে লো বিম এর ক্ষেত্রে এবং হাই বিম এর ক্ষেত্রে এটি আগের চাইতে ১.৪ বেশি লং ডিস্টেন্স এ প্রজেকশন করতে সক্ষম ।

অন্যান্য সকল হেডল্যাম্প এর তুলনায় এর নতুন এলইডি হেডল্যাম্প ৫০ শতভাগ বেশি সাশ্রয়ী ।

নিনজা ১০০০ এর মাঝে রয়েছে কাওয়াসাকির নিজস্ব ট্রাকশন কন্ট্রোল সিস্টেম এছাড়াও রয়েছে , Kawasaki Intelligent anti-lock Brake System (KIBS), Power Modes , Kawasaki Corner Management Function (KCMF)  সহ অন্যান্য সকল অত্যাধুনিক ফিচার ।

বাইকটির ফ্রেম হিসেবে দেয়া হয়েছে এলুমিনিয়াম ব্যাকবোন টাইপ ফ্রেম । সাস্পেনশন ডিউটি হ্যান্ডেল করার জন্য রয়েছে 41mm Inverted Cartridge Forks  সাথে থাকছে Stepless Compression এবং Rebound Damping ও Adjustable Spring Preloaded  ফ্রন্ট এবং রিয়ার উভয় পাশে ।
