আপনার আশানুরুপ ফল পেতে সপ্তাহে একদিন পিয়াজের রস মাথায় লাগান।

পিয়াজের রসে প্রচুর সালফেট আছে যা মাথার টিস্যুতে কোলাজেন বৃদ্ধি করে আর নুতন চুল জন্মাতে সাহায্য করে। এটি একটি অতি পুরাতন কিন্তু কার্যকরী ঘরোয়া উপায় চুল বৃদ্ধি ও নুতন চুল গজানোর জন্য।

৩) শ্যাম্পু করার পর ১ কাপ এই মিশ্রণ দিয়ে চুল ধুয়ে ফেলুন।
কতদিন অন্তর অন্তর আপনাকে এটা করতে হবে –
আপনি যখন শ্যাম্পু করেন তখন শ্যাম্পু শেষে এই মিশ্রণ দিয়ে চুল ধুয়ে ফেলবেন।
এটি কেন ভাল কাজ দেয়
অ্যাপেল সিডার ভিনেগার মাথার ত্বকের পরিচ্ছন্নতা বজায় রেখে চুলের পিএইচ লেভেল ঠিক রাখে আর চুলের বৃদ্ধি তরান্বিত করে।
৩) ডিমের মাস্ক
আপনার কি লাগবে –
১) ১ টি ডিম
২) ১ টেবিল চামচ অলিভ ওয়েল
৩) ১ টেবিল চামচ মধু
আপনাকে কি করতে হবে
১)ডিমের সাদা অংশ একটি পাত্রে নিয়ে এতে অলিভ ওয়েল আর মধু মেশান।
২)খুব ভালোভাবে এগুলি মিয়ে সাদা পেস্ট তৈরি করুন।
৩)এই মাস্ক চুলে আর মাথার ত্বকে ভালভাবে লাগান আর ২০ মিনিট রাখুন।
৪)ডাণ্ডা পানি দিয়ে প্রথমে ধুয়ে ফেলুন এরপর চুলে শ্যাম্পু করুন।
কতদিন অন্তর অন্তর আপনাকে এটা করতে হবে –
সপ্তাহে একবার ডিমের মাস্ক চুলে লাগান। চুল অনেক বেশী ঝলমলে হবে।
