Design and Style
Bajaj’s pulsar 150 2017 model is designed with the all-black design concept of the elder Pulsar series. Bajaj pulsar 150 includes shock absorbers, alloy wheels and engines but overall it bears a striking similarity to its competitor, the Bajaj Pulsar 180.
Bajaj pulsar 150 is refreshed with razor-sharp taillight which is unique and distinctive. To riders, this light the best part of the updated design. There are also some other change that makes the bike’s exterior is stylish and sleek, an improvement than previous version.
However, it’s unfortunate that Bajaj didn’t choose to update the Pulsar 150 to feature the same split seat configuration as the Pulsar Bajaj 180
Engine
Bajaj Pulsar 150 is built by 150cc engine which develops maximum power of 14.9 Bhp at 9000 rpm with maximum torque of 12.5 Nm at 6500 rpm. The bike is running under a 5x speedy manual transmission gear box.
Mileage
After test drive, the Pulsar 150 returns an average fuel mileage of 35-40 kmpl on urban and local roads, and an average of up to 45-50 kmpl on highway streets. Unlike Bajaj’s others bikes, pulsar 150 black’s fuel consumption rate is so low. Bajaj pulsar 150 mileage per liter is 35-40 kmpl which is so low.
Suspension & Breaks
Bajaj pulsar 15 is installed with telescopic 135mm stroke suspension at the front, and there is a rear like triple-rated spring ad five adjustable suspension with 105mm travel nitrox shock absorbers. The suspension does a well performance on the street.
Pulsar 150 2017 is developed with 240mm disc brakes at the front and 130mm drum brakes at the back. These brakes are so powerful to stop the bike even in top speed. When you hold the brake, the brakes will bring the bike to a quick and stable stop, at a distance from 60 to 0 kmph on 16.33 meters.
