RIDE AND HANDLING
The front 41mm telescopic forks and rear seven-step adjustable monoshock are adjusted perfectly for excellent ride and handling balance. There is also a disc brake at front and a drum brake at the rear. Suzuki have upgraded the Gixxer SF with a rear disc brake to adjust its good quality over the Gixxer in an even better way.

I purchased this bike on last day of January 2016.
the Gixxer SF is completely the same machine as the 155cc Gixxer. That is, all the cycle parts as well as body panels, including the fuel tank, side cowls, rear split pillion grab rails, LED tail lamps and front and rear fenders have been shared with the Gixxer on the Gixxer SF.
The full fairing is a combination of several panels bolted together, in case of a fall-down and breakage or cracking of the fairing. The Gixxer SF gets fairing mounted rear view mirrors, which are nicely styled and positioned for spot-on ergonomics.
