সবগুলো উপাদান ভালো করে মিশিয়ে নিতে হবে। এবার এই মিশ্রণটি মুখমন্ডল ও ঘাড়ে লাগিয়ে ১৫ – ২০ মিনিট রাখতে হবে। এরপর হালকা উষ্ণ পানিতে মুখ ও ঘাড়ের অংশ ধুয়ে পরে ঠান্ডা পানি দিয়ে ঝাপটা দিতে হবে যাতে করে ত্বকে থাকা হালকা গর্তগুলো মিলিয়ে যায়। ভালো ফলাফলের জন্য সপ্তাহে তিনবার ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
২। Banana, Honey and Sour Cream (বানানা, হানি অ্যান্ড সোর ক্রীম) :
যা যা লাগবে –
- ভর্তা করা কলা
- এক টেবিল চামচ মধু
- দুই টেবিল চামচ সাওয়ার ক্রীম(ছেলেদের জন্য ক্রিম যেকোনো)
সবগুলো উপাদান ভালো করে মিশিয়ে এই মিশ্রণটি আপনার মুখমন্ডল ও ঘাড়ে লাগান। লাগানোর ১৫ – ২০ মিনিট পরে হালকা ভেজানো নরম একটি কাপড় দিয়ে ভালো করে মুছে পরিষ্কার পানি দিয়ে ধুয়ে ফেলুন।
৩। Orange Juice, Honey, Rose Water and Fuller’s Earth (অরেঞ্জ জুস, হানি, রোজ ওয়াটার অ্যান্ড ফুলারস আর্থ) :
যা যা লাগবে –
- দুই টেবিল চামচ কমলালেবুর রস
- দুই চা চামচ মধু
- দুই চা চামচ গোলাপজল
- এক টেবিল চামচ মুলতানি মাটি
সবগুলো উপাদান ভালো করে মিশিয়ে যতটুকু প্রয়োজন আপনার ঘাড় সহ সারা মুখমন্ডলে লাগান। ১৫ মিনিট পর একটি ভেজা তোয়ালে দিয়ে মুখ মুছে পরিষ্কার পানি দিয়ে ভালো করে ধুয়ে ফেলুন। ত্বক মসৃণ ও উজ্জ্বল করতে এই ফেস মাস্কটি খুব কার্যকরী।
৪। Almonds, Gram Flour, Milk and Lime Juice ( এলমন্ড , গ্রাম ফ্লাওয়ার, মিল্ক অ্যান্ড লাইম জুস) :
যা যা লাগবে –
- ৪ – ৫ টি বাদাম
- এক চা চামচ বেসন
- এক চা চামচ দুধ
- চার ফোঁটা লেবুর রস
৪ – ৫ টি বাদাম সারারাত ভিজিয়ে রাখতে হবে। এরপর বাদামগুলোর উপরের পাতলা চামড়া ফেলে ভালো করে ভেঙ্গে নিতে হবে। তারপর এতে পরিমাণমত বেসন, দুধ ও লেবুর রস মিশিয়ে মিশ্রণ তৈরি করতে হবে। এই মিশ্রণটি ঘাড় সহ সারা মুখে লাগিয়ে কয়েক মিনিট রাখতে হবে যাতে ত্বক দ্বারা সবকিছু ভালমতো শোষিত হয়। প্রায় ১৫ – ২০ মিনিট পর হালকা ভেজা তোয়ালে দিয়ে মুখ ও ঘাড় ভালো করে মুছে পরিষ্কার পানি দিয়ে ধুয়ে ফেলুন।
৫। Honey, Lemon Juice, Almond Oil and Milk Powder (হানি, লেমন জুস, আলমন্ড অয়েল অ্যান্ড মিল্ক পাউডার) :
যা যা লাগবে –
- এক চা চামচ মধু
- অর্ধেক চা চামচ লেবুর রস
- এক চা চামচ বাদাম তেল
- এক চা চামচ গুঁড়ো দুধ
সব উপাদান ভালোভাবে মিশিয়ে মিশ্রণ তৈরি করুন। এইবার এই মিশ্রণটি ঘাড় সহ সারা মুখমন্ডল লাগান। প্রায় ১৫ মিনিট রাখার পর প্রথমে হালকা গরম পানি দিয়ে মুখ ধুয়ে পরে ঠান্ডা পানির ঝাপটা দিতে হবে যাতে ত্বকে থাকা হালকা গর্তগুলো মিলিয়ে যায়। এই ফেস মাস্কটি প্রাকৃতিকভাবে আপনার ত্বকের সুস্বাস্থ্য বজায় রাখতে সাহায্য করবে। এছাড়াও ত্বকের মরা কোষ দূর করে ত্বকের সান ট্যান সমস্যার সমাধান করবে এবং ত্বকের উজ্জ্বলতা বাড়াবে।
