Biman Bangladesh Airlines lounge is situated on the third level of the airport. The greeting when I arrived there was very charming with a smile and a wifi password. The internet speed of wifi connection was quite good. Though the password is valid for a short time, one hour, you can get a new password after one hour.
A smoking zone is available in the lounge. It’s better to choose somewhere a little bit far from the smoking zone for the non- smokers. One can find a snack bar and a hot beverage stall for refreshment. As this lounge does not have any buffet, it may seem to be different from other lounges. But you can ask for your choice to the counter staff. The red wine of the day was Merlot which was good enough for me.
I found a good collection of local and international newspapers and magazines near to the reception desk. The restroom was neat and clean with sufficient facilities. When the boarding started I was informed by the lounge staff. On the whole, I can conclude that it was a quite good experience and I will like to visit again. My visit was during the off peak hour. So I am not sure about the service during rush hour.
